We love to offer you the best service possible, whether you are a guest or a host. That’s why we charge a small fee of 3% to guests and 7% to hosts based on the total price of each booking. Hosts with more than one listing also pay a membership fee. These fees help us cover the costs of credit card processing (stripe) and keeping our platform awesome.

Our first recommendation is for guests and hosts to communicate and reach a mutually agreeable solution. If you still require assistance, please contact us at resolutions@nextbnb.eu and we will look into the matter further. Please note that our fees are non-refundable and our decisions final.

This policy protects you when you host or travel with us. It covers you for host or guest cancellations, home not as described or unsafe, guest or host damage to home or belongings, and guest or host injury or illness on property. It does not cover damage caused by guests on purpose or by negligence, damage to personal belongings of guests or hosts, liability from illegal activities, intentional acts or contractual obligations, and cancellations by guests for any reason other than host cancellation and by hosts for any reason other than extenuating circumstances. The policy is free and lasts for your stay (as a guest) or listing period (as a host). You must follow our rules and respect the house rules of your host (as a guest) or set clear house rules for your guests (as a host). You must also tell us about any problem as soon as possible and work with us to solve it. This policy follows the laws of the country where you book.
