We charge service fees so we can keep our platform up and running 24/7. We believe in a simple formula that’s why our service fees are divided equally between hosts and guests.

Guest Services fees are 4% of the reservation price and includes,

  1. Support from us 24/7 whenever help is needed,
  2. 100% verified listing or your money back,
  3. Security. Hosts don’t have direct access to your ccard details.
  4. Protection against false damage claim or report.
  5. No additional credit card fees.

Host Service fees are 4% of the reservation price and includes,

  1. Support from us 24/7 whenever help is needed,
  2. 100% verified booking,
  3. Upgrade to Self Check-in so you have peace of mind (+7% fees)
  4. Protection against verified damages or vandalism from guests,
  5. No additional payout transaction fees.

In cases a solution is not found between guests & hosts, Nextbnb has the right to make a final decision after a thorough investigation between both parties.

Our reservation workflow is bullet proof for both guests and hosts. Why? Check below,

  • Reservation

First the guest search for the perfect home and make the reservation online through our site. Once payment is successfully completed and the reservation is confirmed you will be provided the details on how to find and access the apartment.

  • Check-in

The payment is temporarily held from us here at Nextbnb until the day of the Checkin. Once home the Guest is requested for his/her own protection to verify if the apartment is as promised, amenities are provided and everything is working as it should.

If we don’t hear from the guest the latest 24 hours after the checkin time, we will mark the reservation as good and issue the payout to the Host minus our service fees.

  • Check-out

The day of checkout the Host is required to check his apartment and if a claim regarding damages or misconduct is raised within 24h from the guest checkout we will temporarily hold the security deposit the guest agreed when deciding to make a reservation with us.

Both parties will be contacted and we will intermediate so a solution is found. In the case that a solution between parties is not possible, Nextbnb has the right to make a final decision.

Kindly note that in all cases, Nextbnb service fees are not refunded.

By making a reservation through our service, you protect yourself against

Guests

  • Fraudulent reservations. Non existent or different listing.
  • False damage claiming report. We intermediate in case of a dispute.
  • Security/Privacy. You are vetted from us, but we don’t share your details.

Hosts

  • 100% verified reservations. We only accept paid reservations.
  • Protection against damages. We intermediate in case of a dispute.

We know that direct reservations between hosts and guests could be more affordable, however what happens if the guest decide not to pay or the host doesn’t honor his word?
