Important: Do not touch the door when smartlock is working
Unlock from outside: Type only the code in keypad and wait for smartlock to complete the operation cycle.
Lock from outside: Click the arrow key in the keypad.
Lock/Unlock from inside: Click the button in the middle of smartlock
Troubleshooting tips
If the door doesn’t unlock even if you have typed in the code, try to click the arrow key so the smartlock locks the door and then type the code again and wait.
If you can’t lock from outside, type the code so the smartlock unlocks the door, then try again to lock it using the arrow key in the keypad.
If you can’t unlock from inside, carefully remove the battery compartment from below the smartlock and manually turn the silver ring of smartlock anti-clockwise to manually open the door. Once the door is open, keep it open and reinsert the battery pack. Please wait for smartlock to calibrate itself and you should be fine.
